Thank you to the Heritage Fund for the generous donation toward our Automated Call Distribution (ACD) System. The ACD System will allow First Call For Help 211 to assist callers more effeciently by keeping callers on the line instead of sending them to voicemail.

United Way and 2-1-1 Joining Forces

First Call For Help 211 is moving back to our roots. Beginning March 28th, First Call For Help 211 will once gain be a program of United Way of Bartholomew County. We are hopeful this will be a fruitful move and look forward to building our partnership. With this change, we remain mindful that our number once priority remains to be those who use our helpline. We are happy to say that once again we will be able to continue uninterrupted services to those who call our helpline while we move to our new location.
